Yesterday, I posted my take on a post on medium.com by Dr. Noorchashm whereby he wrote an open letter disparaging the early treatment efforts of McCollough, Malone and Kory and in a statement probably written by the healthcare bureaucracy stated “At a very fundamental level, what you are actually doing is to actively disparage and dissuade Americans from undergoing a preventative treatment that is not only vastly effective at preventing severe illness, but it is now a professional consensus practice — COVID-19 vaccination is now a standard of care as a preventative medical treatment!”
Intrigued by his full throated and almost emotionally unstable support of the vax (I will never forget a Doctor using an exclamation point to speak to a vaccine with so many adverse events being reported), I did some more internet research and found that the good Doctor also has authored a 12 page supporting document in a court case against the vaccine mandates for a person with natural immunity. That document was filed on 11/5/2021 and can be found here.
Here is one particularly interesting point that he makes in his support for the natural immune person that begs for the answer to a very important question with respect to the effort to mass vaccinate the US (and world wide) population. But first, read this point he makes on page 6 of the above referenced document . . .
“Any medical procedure carries the risk of adverse side effects. The SARS-CoV-2 vaccines are no exception. In many cases, the benefits of curing, mitigating, or preventing greater harm justifies undertaking a particular medical intervention notwithstanding any associated risk. But basic principles of medical ethics mandate that any potential benefits be weighed against the risks associated with the procedure. It is critical for any given medical treatment, including vaccination, to be delivered only in the setting of medical necessity in any given individual – and certainly if medical necessity is ruled out for any given medical treatment, forcing the treatment on any such person is unethical.”
So I’ll ask the question.
Based on all of the available information on Covid-19 as of January 2021: Why was it determined that it was medically necessary to “mandate or coerce” the vaccine on healthy persons below the age of 50? I ask, because it really wasn’t medically necessary for a LARGE portion of the American population if you simply use the CDC data gathered up to the point the vaccine was rolled out. It seems to me, as the good Doctor said so eloquently, “forcing the treatment on any such person is unethical.”
Why yes it was.
Finally, it seems when it comes to views on Natural Immunity, we are on the same page. It seems that he knows the truth.
However, I find it odd that a self proclaimed ethicist would not engage in a full throated campaign to HALT medically unsound and UNETHICAL (his words, not mine) treatments (vax for the natural immune), rather he’d prefer to chastise colleagues who emphasize early treatments for those who are sent home to “call us if it gets worse” by the healthcare regime controlled medical professionals.
But what do I know, I am not a MD, PhD or a physician-scientist, And by the way, I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night either.
